Dear Dad,

Although you have been gone for many years, I always considered you my hero. You left school after 7th grade out of necessity to work with your dad in a clothing contracting factory. Building up the business to be a huge success was not easy, and your spent long hours in the factory. I remember when you moved on to own other companies before you retired to enjoy your love of boats. Again, you amazed me as you designed and built a 50’ yacht from plans to completion. Vacations on Lake Champlain on that yacht were the best! “No” was never in your vocabulary when friends and family asked favors.

You are my Hero!

Sari
