Dear Kayleigh,

You are a hero because you never gave up to achieve your dreams, worked hard and always kept positive despite set backs. While attending school in Tampa you always made time to volunteer at church and local political campaigns. Next came your move to Washington to study at Georgetown Univ, took an exchange year at Oxford to study politics that led to an internship at the White House. After graduation, you worked as a production assistant to the Arkansas Governor, but what you really wanted to was to be in front of the camera so not seeing an opportunity, you enrolled at the Univ of Miami Law School and Harvard. Following graduation you became the spokesperson for the Republican National Committee. Two years later you had a double mastectomy having tested positive for the BRCA2 gene. Now married and have a little girl, you were appointed Press House Secretary. You achieved your dream. At 32, very poised, you have taken on the press core and they learned quickly not to underestimate you.

You are my Hero!
