Dear Pat,

You are truly a hero in our family.  I was very grateful when you took care of my Mom for so many years, as if she was your own family.  When my husband became ill, you came to the rescue. In your very special way, you cared for him for several years and made his days brighter.  Now, years later, you are taking care of me in the same loving way.  You make each day go by with a little humor, great food and making sure I stay healthy.

Pat, you are an amazing caregiver. Your kindness and caring shine every day.  You are a special part of our family and we are very appreciative of everything you have done .
