Dear Dr. Ross,

You are brilliant!!!! And you do a fantastic physical exam…it matters!!! Thanks to you my husband survived his leukemia. There were days he challenged you, questioned you, being the MD-patient that he was….but you quietly endured and continued on to his cure. We trust you so implicitly. You have such a wonderful bedside manner, especially with “difficult patients”. You bring compassion and humor to your interactions, and you are kind, patient and tolerant. You are such an asset to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. We wouldn’t have survived without you.
