Dear Stewart,

You saved my life years ago and I will always appreciate how you went out of your way for me. It was a Sunday when you called to say “hi” and I said I didn’t feel well.  Thirty minutes later, you and Gina were at my house.  It did not take you long to figure out what was wrong and you immediately scheduled bloodwork and scans. When you saw the results, you arranged for the surgeon and I was operated on immediately. You stayed with my family all night to make sure we were okay.  I will never forget how you cared for me.
